The Omicron Alpha Lambda (OAL) Foundation was established in 2014 to raise funds for provide financial awards to deserving students in the Rappahannock region, encompassing Caroline, Stafford, Spotsylvania, and Fredericksburg communities. In 2021, the foundation decided to broaden its outreach. To realign our goals with the corporate name, the name of the OAL Foundation was changed to the L.E.A.D.E. Foundation, where L.E.A.D.E. stands for Leadership, Education, Advocacy, Development, and Engagement. In addition to being a conduit to generate educational scholarships, The L.E.A.D.E. Foundation looks to provide leadership training opportunities; be advocates for surrounding our communities; partner with local entities to facilitate classes and workshops for professional development; and positively engage in civic matters.
